  • Massage
  • Minor Skin Repair
  • Dry Skin
  • Anti-Ageing

INGREDIENTS: 100% PURE, PREMIUM STEAM DISTILLED MACADAMIA and Almond OIL + Cold Pressed Hemp Seed Oil

SOME TYPICAL USES:

The main purpose of massage oil is to lubricate the skin to reduce friction while the therapist is performing a massage. Secondary benefits include moisturising, nourishing, rejuvenating and hydrating your skin.

Our premium All-Natural Massage Oil is a natural oil for ultra-hydration. It can help nourish, sooth, moisturise and protect your precious skin all while you are relaxing during a premium massage

THIS NATURAL OIL CAN HAVE A SLIGHTLY NUTTY SMELL, YOU CAN MIX IN A FEW DROPS OF YOUR FAVOURITE FRAGRANT ESSENTIAL OIL TO PERSONALISE.

APPLICATION:

For best results gently apply externally to the body’s skin. Gently massage the oil until it is absorbed into the skin and then repeat as necessary.

In general approximately 50 ml is needed for a whole body massage. It may take a few attempts to get this right and it will differ slightly from person to person. Most people tend to use too much oil at first, which means you will not be able to make good contact. Your aim is to use a thin layer of oil which will be absorbed into the skin after the treatment.

Using products that naturally contain vitamins and elements to promote positive skin health provides great benefits for your everyday well being. We are proud to have created a natural, premium, limited ingredient product at an everyday affordable price.

My Natural Being All-Natural Massage Oil is made naturally from 100% Australian grown produce. First the raw produce is cold pressed and then steam distilled to remove all impurities. During the manufacturing process from start to finish there are no chemicals used to carefully create this premium product.

As this is a 100% natural product the colour of the oil will vary from batch to batch, this is totally normal.

Designed for both the professional and amateur massage therapist

Due to the changes that take place to our skin, it is very important as we age that we take diligent care of our skin as it becomes more susceptible to infection and skin disease.

Massage oil can also act as a carrier oil for aromatherapy or essential oils if you want to personalise this oil with your favourite fragrance.

It is essential you chose the right massage oil as they can provide additional benefits, by using this oil you may benefit from anti-inflammatory properties, antioxidants, immune boosting, detoxing properties, soothing and fatty acid to assist with skin repair of blemishes and scars.

  • Almond Oil – A light oil which is thought to provide anti-inflammatory, immune boosting and detoxing properties.
  • Macadamia Oil –Thought to be regenerative and soothing. Macadamia Oil resembles the sebum of the skin, so it absorbs quickly to deliver its fatty acid payload to dry and damaged skin.
  • Hemp Seed Oil – A perfectly balanced oil with a 3:1 ratio of Omega 6 (Linoleic) to Omega 3 (alpha Linolenic) essential fatty acids. This is determined to be the optimum requirement for a healthy skin.

This product is 100% natural, it doesn’t contain chemicals or have an extensive list of ingredients. It is simply a natural oil that will help hydrate and repair your skin without the use of harmful ingredients.

We do not use Polysorbate 85

Polysorbates are used in a variety of skincare, hair care, makeup and cleaning products. They alter surface tension and their inclusion in formulations is usually to help dissolve oils into water. The main one used in massage oils is Polysorbate 85.

Some professional massage therapists and hotel chains prefer to use massage oil with Polysorbate 85 as it makes cleaning the towels used during the massage a lot easier.

These chemicals are not particularly harmful per se, however the way they’re manufactured could mean they can introduce impurities of chemicals that are a great concern:

  • Ethylene Oxide
  • 1,4-dioxane

Ethylene Oxide scores 10 on a scale of 1-to-10 of hazardous chemicals. It’s carcinogenic, shown to induce tumours in mammary glands. It’s also linked with developmental and reproductive toxicity, immunotoxicity and allergies.

1,4-dioxane is included on California’s Proposition 65 list of chemicals known or suspected to cause cancer or birth defects. Readily penetrating the skin, it is a known carcinogen with evidence suggesting a possible link to breast cancer. While pregnant women, infants and teenagers are considered to be most vulnerable, it’s reasonable to suggest this is a chemical best avoided.

While some products are classed as natural products, if they have been made through chemical extraction they can still be harmful.

Nut Allergies:

If you are concerned about nut allergies, please consult a health professional prior to use. The allergen usually comes from the protein in the nut, not from the oil. During the extraction process the protein is removed from the oil.

The oil has been steam distilled reducing the risk of irritation to people with nut allergies. We recommend consulting your doctor prior to use if you have a nut allergy. It is unlikely (but not impossible) this oil will cause nut allergen irritation.
